This is designed specifically for BxBugs' CVPI. There is a thing in ELS > pack_default > called "POLICE.xml". The folder "ELS", a "AdvancedHookV.dll" and "ELS.asi/ELS.ini". If someone could explain this real quick that would be great.ĮLS has 4 files you need to drag and drop into the GTA V directory. I followed the instructions and put the 3 files in the root GTAV folder. I have tried every key command to use this mod but still nothing. The issue is it seems to not work in game. BUT since getting everything working again I wanted to finally use ELS. So I have been using LSPDFR for about 2 years now so when it comes to having all the bells and whistles for my GTAV officers this has not been a problem and have struggled thru every update.
